However, our market research shows that good management is expensive. Often when you need it most, that is at the start of your career, you have so little income that management fees are unsustainable.

Macrison has made a conscious decision to position our management services to help talented people reach their goals. To do this we recognise that we are taking a financial risk – however to play a part in helping someone achieve their dreams is a far greater reward!

If you are looking to Macrison for management – we have strict guidelines and rules. However, we also have great contractual packages that will guide and support you to success.

Contractual packages:

* Nonrestrictive contracts, you can walk away at anytime if you are unhappy with our service

* Includes media training

* Includes management of media relations

* Includes website development and maintenance

* Includes sourcing and managing all endorsement contracts

* Can include travel management

* Can include financial management

Fees:

* All packages start at 10% of total income

* Packages can be structured for growth depending on circumstances

* No person under management will ever pay Macrison more than 20% of total income

* Total income has to exceed $1,ooo,ooo aud in a full calendar year before a fee 0f 20% can ever be applied

Guidelines:

1. You will be expected to work hard in your endeavours and for your sponsors
2. You will be required to be polite, respectful and patient in your dealings with the media, the public and your supporters
3. You will be required to uphold Macrison’s brand ideals
